Beta testers
Did not get the invite email or cannot install? Check spam, then email us the address you registered with and your phone model at bucko.bbxx@gmail.com. On iPhone you need the TestFlight app (iOS 15.1 or newer); on Android you need Google Play signed in with the same Google account you gave us (Android 7.0 or newer).
Account and booking issues
Problems signing in, a booking that did not go through, a subscription or a payment question: email your account address and a short description to bucko.bbxx@gmail.com.
Subscription
GigKong is free to download and browse. GigKong Access (€9.99 a month, auto-renewing) unlocks booking requests, messaging and contact details. To cancel use your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription, so cancel it first.
Report a user
Use Report or Block on the profile inside the app. It reaches us immediately.
Delete your account
In the app: profile picture (top right) → Delete account. No need to contact us.
