Who we are

Early access list
If you sign up we store your email, the role you choose (artist, venue or fan), your language and, if you arrived through an ad, technical source data (UTM parameters, referring page, the page you landed on and a click identifier). We use them only to tell you when the app is available and to see which campaigns work. Legal basis: your consent. We keep them for up to 12 months after launch or until you ask us to delete them.
Public beta (tester registration)
If you register for the beta we store: your name, the email of your Apple ID or Google account (for the testing invite), your phone model and platform, the email you will use to sign up in GigKong (so we can switch on your free membership), your role, your city (optional), your consent and, if you arrived through an ad, technical source data. We use them to send you an invite through Apple TestFlight or Google Play testing (so your email is entered into their testing tools), to switch on free membership until 31 December 2026, and for support and feedback. Legal basis: your consent. We keep them for up to 12 months after the beta ends or until you ask us to delete them.
Cookies and measurement
No analytics or advertising cookies load without your consent. If you accept, we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure visits and ad performance. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Who processes the data
- Supabase (stores the lists).
- Apple (TestFlight) and Google (Google Play testing), for beta tester invites.
- Cloudflare (hosting and security; standard technical logs).
- Google and Meta, only if you accept cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing the address above. We do not sell data.

If we change this page, the date above changes.
